Intake

In the event your vehicle was damaged or cannot be driven, Hollis is ready to tow your car to our facility from anywhere in New England. If you prefer to drop your car off in person, we can intake your automobile at our Ashland, MA and Manchester, NH locations.

We also regularly receive vehicles in need of repair from throughout the eastern United States in parts of Canada. An expert auto body repair team with specific knowledge of costs, part it’s in methods will inspect and evaluate your car. You’ll receive a clear, detailed written report, including a determination of damage and costs.

Hollis will act as your advocate, effectively serving as a public adjuster in your dealings with insurance, including all filings, cost estimates and related communications. While we strive to make the process as painless as possible, we have an understanding of your rights under insurance law. We actively advocate on behalf of our customers in insurance company dealings.

As a general principle, we undertake repairs using factory parts, rather than aftermarket equipment in order to preserve the structural integrity and value of your vehicle.

Our factory-trained and certified technicians will disassemble, repair and reassemble, then paint your car using factory specified equipment and measures. Within our Ashland facility, we maintain a number of brand dedicated repair facilities. Aluminum repairs – among the most demanding in the automotive industry – and Hollis specialty. For aluminum body vehicles such as Audi, Jaguar, and Aston Martin we have self-contained areas to prevent cross-contamination with steel particles. This will prevent corrosion during the repair process and maintain factory standards. Our objective is to return your vehicle to you in new condition, a goal regularly affirmed by our customers, who own in drive some of the most highly engineered, aesthetically beautiful cars in the world.

Technology

As New England’s leading collision repair facility, we have invested in the equipment, materials and training necessary to master the demands of aluminum repairs.

As a result, we are fully authorized to repair Aston Martin, Jaguar and Audi cars, along with scores of other marquise brands utilizing both aluminum and more traditional body components. All range equipment, jigs, welding machines, riveting and bonding devices are factory specified. Training and certified structural technicians are dedicated to seeing your car is returned to you in perfect condition. Our staff includes structural technicians, paint specialists, all of whom are standing by to give your car timely attention to return it to you as soon as possible.
